What you're looking for

Titles and level. e.g. “Director or VP of Engineering; Head of Platform. Not IC roles.”
The most useful box on this form. Roles that look right on paper but aren't: wrong level, wrong stack, agency/contract work, a current employer to avoid. Be blunt — this is what stops near-miss junk reaching you.
